By title, I’m the in-house marketing lead for Sea 2 Sky Living, the Whistler & Squamish real-estate practice of Rob Palm PREC. In practice, I’m the whole creative department: every deck, brochure, report, campaign, film and caption in this portfolio was designed, written and shipped by one set of hands.
None of it was made for a pitch. It was made to perform, win a listing, fill an open house, earn the next signup, then do it all again next week. Real estate is the proving ground, not the boundary: the same craft flows to any brand that wants one voice everywhere.
Before marketing there was philosophy, a UVic BA that became a work habit: figure out what a thing actually means before deciding how it should look. I think with my hands, learn tools by using them in production, and sweat the details people feel but never mention.
Hiring, or building something people should fall in love with? I’d like to hear about it.
